Article 2 / Booking formalities
After receipt of your reservation, we will send you by email - or by sms or, in the absence of an email address, by post - a written confirmation and invite you to pay within a maximum period of two weeks (but more quickly s 'this is a reservation made with less notice) a deposit of one night per room. Article 3 / Cancellation of the stay by the customer
Any modification is only possible after the agreement of "Chic & Charme Cottage" and may involve additional costs.
We inform you that in case of cancellation of the reservation before the start of the stay, it will be due, as a penalty clause by the customer, an indemnity fixed as follows:
- if the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded;
- if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the payment will be retained by “Chic & Charme Cottage”, unless we manage to re-let the room (s).

Article 4 / Cancellation insurance
We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our prices. It is therefore strongly recommended to take out one from your insurer.

Article 5 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the start of the stay, the owner has to cancel the reservation, he must immediately inform his client by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The customer will then be immediately and fully reimbursed for the sums he has already paid. He will also receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have incurred if the cancellation had been made by him on that date.

Article 6 / Time of arrival

Pets are not allowed. By derogation, small pets are accepted after prior agreement from "Chic & Charme Cottage" but only in rooms on the ground floor.

Article 12 / Art of living and use of the premises
In order to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of Chic & Charme Cottage guests, respect for a certain “art of living” is required of all. In particular, it is requested not to smoke inside the rooms and common areas. The customer more generally undertakes to respect the instructions of good manners which will be indicated to him, those which are imposed on all as soon as one lives in community and the present general conditions of sale.
Open flame lighting fixtures, candelabras, candles, lights are only tolerated in outdoor spaces, at a reasonable distance from the home, and must be kept away from any flammable material; moreover, they must be so arranged that, even in the event of an accidental fall, they cannot be a cause of fire.
No meals can be taken in the rooms, only lunches in the park are tolerated on the sole condition of respecting the fauna and flora of the place
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any degradation for which he is responsible.
The rooms having been decorated and furnished with passion by the owner, it is requested to respect the objects made available. Any disappearance of an undeclared object will be invoiced subsequently to the customer, at its replacement value.
Customers' attention is drawn to the fact that minors living on the property are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
The customer undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to systematically declare - and to assume financially - any degradation for which he is responsible. It is specified that the kitchen in the common room is not left at the free disposal of the guests.
